Not happy with the product,

Not happy with the product, doesn't seem to have the desired effect, after many preparations. Have never experienced this with Kava before. Disappointed. Customer service is excellent though.

As you know I have

As you know I have been purchasing your kava for a year or so and enjoy daily use. My recent purchase however has a lot of large pieces in it and does make using it as an instant drink a little unpleasant. Picking pieces off my tongue is not what I expected. I love noble kava instant

I love noble kava instant mix and rate it 5 stars.

However, I accidentally purchased the traditional grind and rate it 1 star.

Main reason being, it has no positive effects on thinking or sleeping. Doesn't mix well.

Having purchased 4kg, because I swear by the instant mix, this traditional grind is a disappointment.
