The instant kava is super convenient, has a smooth flavor and pleasant effect. I have to give a huge shoutout to Michelle from customer support! Did not feel any effects

It works. . little to no taste.
I put a dose into a beverage, daily.
It helps to relax me, instantly.
Try it , especially if you're like me. I only use herbal / natural remedies.

Not very effective. The picture on the bottle says it is 600 mg. When I got it the content was only 60mg.
